One of the many reasons many may not have achieved much in 2014 is that they may never have had the opportunity to advance themselves much in learning and training. Recognizing this, C4DLab is extending the golden chance to its community of loyal fans by offering them a one-week training in Data Analytics with SAS at only Ksh 10,000.
Available only for 20 persons registered on a first-come-first-served basis, the course will mostly benefit individuals who need a solid foundation for programming in SAS in a condensed time-frame and who can learn at an accelerated pace. In short, the training, in addition to being a prerequisite to many other SAS courses, it serves as an entry point to learning sophisticated SAS programming.
Further, the one-week exposure is for those users who need to learn SAS DATA step programming techniques for processing, controlling, and manipulating SAS data sets.
The eligible trainee is therefore required to pay C4DLab office (at UoN School of Computing and Informatics Lab) a facilitation fee of Ksh 10,000 aimed to cover meals, books and access to software. Alternatively, payment can be made with M-Pesa using 0723030134.
Additionally, unless otherwise stated, before attending this course, the potential trainee should have experience using computer software. Specifically, they should be able to understand concepts such as “file” and “variable”; access data files on an operating system as well as be able to understand programming logic concepts such as “IF/THEN”.
Meanwhile, the training will be conducted by Arnoux van Rensburg, a technical trainer, SAS south Africa, from 12th to 16th of January 2015. Secure your spot now!
